The Idaho Falls Family YMCA is proud to offer LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a free 12-week cancer survivorship program designed to help adults living with, through, or beyond cancer rebuild strength, improve energy, and find support in a welcoming community.
The program has already started, but space is still available for participants who would like to join.
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM at the Idaho Falls Family YMCA. This evidence-informed program focuses on whole-person wellness, including physical activity, emotional support, and connection with others who understand the cancer journey.
Participants work in a supportive, small-group environment with YMCA staff who help guide them through safe and approachable exercises tailored to individual needs and comfort levels. The goal is not only to improve strength and stamina, but also to help participants feel more confident, connected, and supported.
Whether you are currently in treatment, recently completed treatment, or are years beyond a cancer diagnosis, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA offers a place to move forward at your own pace.
