Group Exercise Classes

Group exercise is about having fun, making friends and getting an energetic and dynamic workout in the camaraderie of others. From Pilates to Indoor Cycling to Yoga to Zumba®, at the YMCA we offer a variety of group exercise classes designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

Personal Trainers

Personal training at the Y is offered through a group of professional individuals, all holding current nationally recognized credentials. Their backgrounds are diverse, allowing you to choose the right trainer for your health and wellness goals.

Massage Therapy

Massage feels amazing, but the benefits go beyond relaxation. It can be a powerful tool to help you take charge of your health and well-being.
