Looking for childcare in Idaho Falls? The YMCA Learning Center provides safe, supportive childcare and early education for toddlers, preschoolers, Pre-K students, and school-age children. Childcare Programs
Toddlers (Ages 1-2)
Our Toddler Program gives young children a safe, nurturing place to explore, play, and learn. Through age-appropriate activities, interactive play, music, movement, and guided discovery, toddlers build curiosity, language skills, motor skills, and early social confidence.
Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten (Ages 3-5)
Our Preschool and Pre-K programs help children prepare for kindergarten while building confidence, independence, and friendships. Children participate in hands-on learning, early literacy, numbers, creative play, social skill development, and classroom routines in a fun and supportive environment.
School Aged Childcare (K – 6th Grade)
Our School Age Childcare program gives kids a safe and welcoming place to go before and after school. Children have time to relax, complete homework, play, make friends, and participate in fun activities that support learning, creativity, and healthy development.
Summer Day Camp
When school is out, the Idaho Falls Family YMCA offers a fun, safe, and engaging summer day camp experience for kids. Campers enjoy activities, games, field trips, outdoor play, and opportunities to build friendships while staying active all summer long.
